I’m Alex, an internationally certified personal trainer specializing in strength, functional and integrated training. My approach includes science-based programming tailored to each individual’s needs, focusing on movement quality, mobility, stability, and progressive strength development to ensure long-term results and injury prevention.

I work with you to create a plan that fits your body, your lifestyle, and your goals. I’m here to make sure you can not only perform well in the gym but also feel confident doing everyday tasks and enjoy life.
