With personal training I will give you the tools, guidance, and support to help you succeed for the long run.
Personal training is not just a guided workout, it means getting a plan that is designed specifically for you and your goals. Throughout your journey we will assess your fitness level and find what does and doesn’t work for you and adjust your training as needed.
A good training plan starts with understanding your body. With a variety of postural assessments we can identify you body’s strengths and limitations, and pinpoint the areas we need to focus on in your training.
What you do outside the gym plays a huge role in your success. I’ll help you make small, sustainable changes that support your progress.
Your plan is designed based on your goals, experience level, and what works best for you. Following the integrated training approach, we will work on your strength, flexibility, endurance, and more to improve your overall fitness and prevent injuries.
I offer in-person training sessions for one (one-on-one) or two (duo) people. This ensures you get the attention and guidance needed to perform exercises safely and effectively.
Pricing depends on the length of your program and how often you train per week. Longer commitments and higher training frequency come with reduced session rates. We’ll discuss the best option for you during your consultation.
Sessions take place at a private gym in the Hague.
